You could be prompted that your BT Sport login details are incorrect for various reasons. Please see some of the solutions below:
- Make sure that the password you are using has been keyed in correctly
- If you have recently placed an order for a BT Sport package, you may have created a BT ID already and forgot to complete the activation step. Please check your inbox for an activation email from BT and follow the instructions, to activate your login details.
- If you are a mobile only BT Sport customer, then you will not have access to the BT Sport App on your Netgem TV device.
