When you access the BT Sport App, you will be prompted to log in using a BT ID and password. In order to create a username and password, you must order a BT Sport package and receive an account number.
Once you have ordered your BT Sport pack, you can view your account number on your most recent bill or you could have it sent to you by post.
To create a BT ID and password, please use this link and select "I want to be the account holder".
There are many packages available for you to order, but if you would like to access the BT Sport App on your Netgem TV device, it is recommended that you order the following pack:
- "BT Sport Monthly Pass", which costs £25/Month (30 day minimum term) and renews automatically, unless cancelled.

Already have a BT Sport Package?
If you already have a BT Sport pack, please make sure that your package can access the BT Sport App. If your pack has access to the BT Sport App on your Netgem TV device, simply log in and proceed to use the app.
Most mobile packages do not have access to the BT Sport App or you will only be able to access the app on your mobile phone or tablet. Below is a list of such packages:
- EE Mobile - Has access to BT Sport App on your mobile phone or tablet only
- BT Mobile - Does not have access to the BT Sport App
- Business Broadband - Does not have access to the BT Sport App
