If for any reason you'd like to change your PIN please follow the steps below (we won't peak, we promise!)
- Navigate to the 'Settings' avenue on your Netgem TV device
- Under 'Personalisation', select 'Parental Settings'
3. Enter your PIN or Master PIN. If you have forgotten these, you may contact our support team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through live chat (on the bottom-right corner of our website)
4. Select 'Modify PIN'
5. Enter a new PIN and under 'Confirm', re-enter the new PIN. Select 'Continue'
