To check the network connectivity status of your Netgem TV device, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the 'Settings' avenue on your Netgem TV device
- Under 'Info & Diagnostics, select 'General'
3. Your connectivity status will be displayed as either 'Connected' or 'Disconnected'. This would appear, as shown below:
Alongside your 'Internet status', you can find details such as 'Local network IP' (IP address), 'Software version', etc.
