If your On Demand content starts to buffer, it is likely that you are facing Internet issues.
Please try the following to help resolve your On-Demand content buffering:
- Firstly, check your Internet connection speed. If the content is still being buffering , restart your Internet router and your device.
- If you are using an Ethernet cable, disconnect the cable, count to 5 and reconnect it again.
- If you have too many devices in your house using the Internet, this can slow your speed down. Try disconnecting some of these devices to help and improve your issue.
